Membership Currently there are two waiting lists for families wishing to be bondholder/members of the Maplebrook II Pool and Racquet Club. The inbound list includes those people living in the Maplebrook II subdivision and Maplebrook South subdivision. The outbound list includes those living in Bay Colony, Hawthorne Square, Old Farm and Winding Creek. Email swim@mb2pool.com if you have any questions. If you are interested in getting on the membership lists, 1) Maplebrook II & South residents and 2) MBII outer boundary neighborhoods, (Winding Creek & Bay Colony), please email: swim@mb2pool.com. You will be instructed to pay $25 and send to a specified address. Selling your Bond If you are leaving the MBII Pool area and selling your home, you will need to sell your bond back to the pool, email: swim@mb2pool.com indicating so. We will take possession of your bond, resell it and forward your bond money to you. Transferring your Bond If you own a bond and live within the MBII boundaries, and want to transfer you bond to your home buyer, forward all information regarding the transfer, including new occupants information, AND a $25 transfer fee.
