Guest Fees Welcome to MBII.  The MBII Guest Fee includes any one or all of the following: use of pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court and bathhouse facility.  $4.00 per day $20 per guest/per week (out-of-town visitors only) All guest must be registered with club office and must enter and use facility with sponsoring member. Guest must wear current daily wristband visible to MBII Staff. Guest privileges per membership are limited to 30 individual persons or families per season. An individual guest will only be allowed 5 visits per family/individual per season. Advance registration, in writing, through membership chairperson, is required for house guests, i.e.; nannies and full-time babysitters.
